NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints Sri S. Prasad, as full additional charge of the post of Chairperson- cum-Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapuramu with effect from 30.06.2018 After Noon till further orders to trail the cases filled in their Court under Industrial Dispute Act, 1947.
