APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF II CLASS, TADEPALLIGUDEM, WEST GODAVARI DISTRICT FOR A PERIOD OF 2 YEARS.

READ THE FOLLOWING:-

NOTIFICATION NO.19/SO-2/2018

ROC.No.1821/SO-2/2017,- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Secton 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) read with Rule 1 of the Rules, framed with regard to appointment of Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class/Special Metropolitan Magistrate, the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, hereby confers on Sri Bommidi Appa Rao, as Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, Tadepalligudem, all the powers of Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, in respect of particular cases or particular classes of cases, as may be, specified by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Godavari to enable him to function as Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, Tadepalligudem, West GodavariDistrict, for a period of TWO YEARS, from the date he assumes charge of his office as such, or till he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, subject to condition [1]2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, July 30, 2018 that if any individual, refuses / fails to join duty within the stipulated period, his claim to the said post, shall be forfeited and the services of the officer appointed shall be liable to be terminated without any notice.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 14 and sub-section (2) of Section 15 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Godavari, may issue special orders defining the local limits, from time to time and also as to the distribution of the business on the Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class to exercise the powers in the place of his posting in West Godavari District.

APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF II CLASS, JANGAREDDIGUDEM, WEST GODAVARI DISTRICT FOR A PERIOD UPTO 13ST MARCH, 2019.

ROC.No.1821/SO-2/2017,- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) read with Rule 1 of the Rules, framed with regard to appointment of Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class/Special Metropolitan Magistrate, the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, hereby confers on Smt. Mullangi Vimala Devi, as Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, Jangareddigudem (sanctioned under 13 th Finance Commission), all the powers of Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, in respect of particular cases or particular classes of cases, as may be, specified by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Godavari to enable her to function as Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, for a period UPTO 31 ST MARCH,2019, from the date she assumes charge of her office as such, or till she attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, subject to condition that if any individual, refuses / fails to join duty within the stipulated period, her claim to the said post, shall be forfeited and the services of the officer appointed shall be liable to be terminated without any notice. ROC.No.2361/SO-2/2017,- In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) read with Rule 1 of the Rules, framed with regard to appointment of Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class/Special Metropolitan Magistrate, the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, hereby confers on the persons mentioned in column (2) of the table below, all the powers of Special Judicial Magistrates of II Class, to exercise at the places shown in column (3) in respect of particular cases or particular classes of cases, as may be, specified by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prakasam to enable them to function as Special Judicial Magistrates of II Class, in their respective stations in Prakasam District,. for a period of TWO YEARS, from the date they assume charge of their respective posts as such, ortill they attain the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, subject to condition that if any individual, refuses / fails to join duty within the stipulated period, his claim to the said post, shall be forfeited and the services of the officers appointedshall be liable to be terminated without any notice. 4 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, July 30, 2018
