Rc. No. 1195/2017/C1,- Whereas the affairs of the Santhi Vaddera Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., No.G.3091, Vijayawada was ordered to wound up under Section 64(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 and Smt.B.Anuradha, Asst.Registrar, office of the Sub-Divisional Cooperative Officer, Vijayawada was appointed as Liquidator Under Section 65(1) of the APCS Act, 1964 vide proceedings 1st read above.

Whereas the Liquidator has issued notice on 12-7-2017 under Section 65(D), read with Rule 51(b) of the APCS Act, 1964 to the Ex-President and members of the society to appear on 12-9-2017 before here with claims and objections if any regarding liquidated society at the O/o. Divl. Coop. Officer, Vijayawada. The notice was displayed in 1) The Divl. Coop. Office, Vijayawada 2) M.D.O. Office, Urban Vja 3) M.R.O Office, Urban 4) KDCC Bank R.O., Vijayawada. The Notice was also issued to the President, but the President was not responded. No objections and claims were received from any member related to the society on 12-7-2017 and not attended before her.

W hereas the Liquidator further issued General Body meeting Notice on 17-2-2018 to revive or to liquidate the above society by giving date on 26-3-2018 at Divl.Coop.Office, Vijayawada the General Body Notice was affixed on the Notice board of 1) MRO, Office Vijayawada Urban Mandal 2) M.D.O. Office, Vijayawada Urban Mandal 3) O/o Divl.Coop.Officer, Vijayawada. She has waited on 26-3-2018 to conduct General Body meeting of the society. Only one person i.e., Ex-President, Sri S.Lakshman Rao was attended on 26-3-2018 and he has given a letter to the Liquidator for cancellation of the Registration of the society, as the society was not functioning since 2007 and not interest to run the society, and there is no Government funds involved in the society.

Whereas the Liquidator of the Society finally reported that the question of realization of Assets and discharge of Liabilities does not arise in the absence of records and recommended for final closure of the affairs of the Santhi Vaddera Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., No.G.3091 Vijayawada, Krishna District, and cancellation of its registration as the purpose of the registration was not served and the Society is not working since several years.

In the circumstances explained above, I, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Vijayawada by virtue of the powers conferred in me as per the G.O. 3rd read under Section 68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 is hereby cancelled the registration of the Santhi Vaddera Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., No. G. 3091, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

The above said society shall therefore ceased to exist as corporate body from the date of issue of this orders.
