NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4(2)(c) and Sec 18(3) Andhra Pradesh Building and other Construction W orkers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 ( Act No.27 of 1996 ) read with Rule 10(c) and 33-C (2) (e) of the Andhra Pradesh Building and Other Construction W orkers (RE & CS) Rules, 1999, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Hyderabad, ATI Campus, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad- 500007 as Representative of Central Government in State Building and Other Construction Workers' Advisory Committee (State Advisory Committee) and the State[1] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I Building & Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board (State Welfare Board) in the place of existing representatives of Central Government.

The Central Government nominees nominated herewith will remain in force until further orders or expiry of the tenure of the Boards.
