NOTIFICATION
Under Rule 10 (a) (i) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Sri T. Venkataratnam, Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Srikakulam is temporarily promoted as Joint Commissioner of Labour against the Roster point 18 in the Scale of pay of Rs. 52590-1360-53950-1460- 58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760- 73270-1880-78910-2020-84970- 2160-91450-2330-100770-2520-103290.
2. Consequent on promotion, he is posted as Joint Commissioner of Labour, Visakhapatnam in the existing vacancy.
3. The promotion ordered in Para (1) above is subject to directions/outcome of OAs/W Ps/WAs/RPs/CAs etc., if any pending before the Tribunal/Courts etc. The Officer should join in the promotion post within the period prescribed in the A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
4. The Commissioner of Labour, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take necessary further action in the matter.
