AMENDMENT TO THE A.P. DISTILLERY (MANUFACTURE OF IMFL OTHER THAN BEER AND WINE) RULES, 2006.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 72 read with Sections 16,17,18,21,22,23,28 and 29 of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 (Act No.17 of 1968), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made foreign liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006 issued in G.O.Ms.No.90, Revenue (Ex.Ill) Department, dated the 27 th January, 2007 and published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Rules Supplement to Part-I Extra-ordinary, dated the 29 th January, 2007 and as subsequently amended from time to time.

In the said Rules, in Rule 20 in sub-rule (5) for clause (a), (b) and (c), the following shall be substituted, namely,-
(a). Extra working hours upto ... Proportionate Licence fee for 1/4th 2 hours per day. day.
(b). Extra working hours beyond ... Proportionate Licence Fee on 2 hours with multiples of Multiples of 1/4th day. 2 hours upto 16 hours Maximum per day.
