AMENDMENT TO THE A.P. EXCISE (GRANT OF LICENSE OF SELLING BY BAR AND CONDITIONS OF LICENSE) RULES, 2017.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 72 read with Sections 17, 28 and 29 of the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 (Act 17 of 1968) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the A.P. Excise (Grant of license of selling by Bar and conditions of license) Rules, 2017 issued in G.O.Ms.No.235, Rev(Ex-II) Dept. Dt.23.06.2017 and published in Andhra Pradesh Gazette in Rules Supplement to part I, Extra-ordinary No.242, dated the 23 rd June, 2017 and as subsequently amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the said rules, in Rule 4 in clause (i), after the word, "within a belt area of 5 Kms from the periphery of such Municipal Corporations", the following shall be inserted, namely,-
"within the Revenue District".
