NOTIFICATION
Under Section 15 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled
Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, as amended by Act 1 of 2016,
the Government hereby appoint Sri V.Raghuram, Joint Director of
Prosecutions, Vijayawada as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct
prosecution in SC, ST Sessions Case No. 77/2016 (Cr.No.152 / 2016
of Paravathipuram Town PS), on the file of the Spl.Court for trial of cases
under SC & ST (POA) Act-cum- IV ADSJ Court, Vizianagaram, till
completion of the trial.
