NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section - 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central Act XXV of 1946) and in supersession of the orders issued vide G.O.Ms.No.477, Home (SC.A) Department, Dated: 18.06.1994, G.O.Ms.No.158, Home (SC.A) Department, Dated: 28.11.2014 and G.O.Ms.No.67, Home (SC.A) Department, Dated: 01.06.2016, G.O.Ms.No.184, Home (SC.A) Department, dated. 05.12.2017 Government hereby accord general consent to all the members of Delhi Special Police Establishment to exercise the powers and jurisdiction under the said Act in the State of Andhra Pradesh against officials of Central Government / Central Government Undertakings and private persons whether acting separately or in conjunction with the employees of Central Government/ Central Government Undertakings, for investigation of the following offences:-

(a) (i) Offences punishable under the relevant sections of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Central Act 49 of 1988)(ii) Offences under the Indian Penal Code (Central Act, 45 of 1860) (List in Annexure- I) (iii) Offences under the Central Acts (List in Annexure- II)
