NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 154 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act 1987, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby exempt Sri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, Mantralayam, Kurnool District from the operation of the provisions under Sections 50, 55, 65, 65(a), 69, 70 and 161 of the Act 30/87 of the said Act for a period of six (6) years w.e.f. 14.06.2016.
