AMENDMENT TO RULE 3 OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH FOREST SERVICE RULES, 1997.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Forest Service Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.154, Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (For.V) Department, dated the 18 th November, 1997 and as subsequently amended from time to time:-
AMENDMENT
In rule 3 of the said rules, in the Table, there under
(i) Under Class - A, in column No.3 against Sl.No.2, for the words "Government", the words "Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force)" shall be substituted.
(ii) Under Class - B, in column No.3, against Sl.No.2 for the words "Government" the words "Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Head of Forest Force)" shall be substituted.
