DECLARATION OF MOTOR TRANSPORT INDUSTRY IN THE STATE AS PUBLIC UTILITY SERVICE.

NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has declared in G.O.Rt.No.654, Labour Employment Training and Factories (Labour-I) Department, Dt: 19.11.2017, the Motor Transport Industry in the State of Andhra Pradesh as a Public Utility Service for the purpose of Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947) for the period from 30.07.2017 to 29.01.2018 for a period of six months with retrospective effect.
Whereas, the said period of six months is expired on 30.01.2018.
Whereas, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is satisfied that it is necessary to declare the said industry as Public Utility Service in the public interest.
