ORDER:-
In the G.O. first read above, Government have issued orders exempting stamp duty and registration fee payable on the deed of exchange of land between APIIC and CMR Group under Section 9 (1) (a) of Indian Stamp Act 1899 and Section 78 of Registration Act, 1908 for development of an International Convention Centre at Visakhapatnam.
In the circumstances reported by the Energy, I & I (Airports) Department in the reference second read above, the following amendment is issued to G.O.Ms.No.338, Revenue (Regn.II) Department, Dated: 28.06.2018:-
