NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 147
of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and in
consultation with the concerned Gram Panchayats of
Chittoor District, Government hereby transfer the powers
and functions of Gram Panchayats of the villages, Survey
Nos and extent of lands mentioned in the Annexure
appended to the Notification to the Andhra Pradesh
Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd (APIIC).
