AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH PETROLEUM PRODUCTS (LICENSING AND REGULATION OF SUPPLIES) ORDER 1980.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section of 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (Central Act 10 of 1955) read with the order of the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Food, New Delhi) G.S.R. 300 Dated the 9th June, 1973 and notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Civil Supplies & Cooperation) No. SO 681 (E) Dated the 30th November, 1974 and Lr. No. Q.32013/81- Dist. Dt. 19.3.1983 of the Department of Petroleum, Ministry of Energy Government of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Petroleum Products (Licensing and Regulation of Supplies) order, 1980 issued in G.O. Ms. No. 562, Food and Agriculture (CS.II) Department, Dated the 28th October, 1980 as amended subsequently from time to time.

AMENDMENT

In the said order the following amendments shall be made namely;-

(1) In Sub-clause 1 of Clause 5, the following provision shall be inserted:

"Provided that renewal of Form-B shall not be required for the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Distributors."

(2) In Sub-clause 2(2) of Clause 5, in renewal of fee, the following shall be deleted:

" (a) Liquefied Petroleum Gas Rs. 200.00"

(3) In Sub-clause 2(3) of Clause 5, in Fees for issue of Duplicate licence, renewal of licence , the following shall be deleted:

" (a) Liquefied Petroleum Gas Rs. 200.00"

(4) In Sub-clause 3 of Clause 5, in late fee, the following shall be deleted:

" (a) Liquefied Petroleum Gas Rs. 200.00"
