AMALGAMATION OF OFFICES OF JOINT SUB-REGISTRARS WITH THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR OF ANDHRA PRADESH DISTRICT UNDER ANYWHERE REGISTRATION AND CONFERRING CONCURRENT JURISDICTION TO THE JOINT SUB-REGISTRARS OF ANDHRA PRADESH DISTRICT UNDER SECTION 7 (2) OF THE REGISTRATION ACT, 1908.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act XVI of 1908), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby amalgamate existing (4) offices of Sub Registrars of Undavalli, Mandadam, Thulluru and Ananthavaram of Amaravathi Registration District with Andhra Pradesh District and empowers the Joint Sub Registrars shall have concurrent jurisdiction over the entire Andhra Pradesh District formed in the G.O.Ms.No.230, Revenue (Regn.I) Department, Dated : 27.06.2017, with effect from 06-11-2018.
