NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (e) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 read with clause (17) of Section 2 the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, (Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994) read with Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Gram Panchayats (Declaration of villages) Rules, 2007 issued in G.O.Ms.No.542, PR&RD (Pts.IV) Dept, Dated:3.12.2007, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby alter the name of "Sivakodu" Gram Panchayat as "Sivakoti" Gram Panchayat, Razole Mandal, East Godavari District with immediate effect.
