ORDER:-
In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Guntur vide references cited above, the term of the Agricultural Market Committee, Guntur, Guntur District has expired on 27.09.2018. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby appoint the Joint Collector, Guntur, as Person - in - Charge of AMC, Guntur, to deal effectively with various issues and problems in the AMC, Guntur under Section 6(3) of A.P. Markets Act.
The Special Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly.
