Rc.No.1473/2018/Cl,- Whereas the affairs of the Dr.B.R.Ambedkar S.C. Vaddera Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., No.G.3100, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District was ordered to wound up under Section 64(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act 1964 and Smt.S.Padmasri, Asst.Registrar, office of the Sub- Divisional Cooperative Officer, Vijayawada was appointed as Liquidator Under Section 65(1) of the APCS Act, 1964 vide proceedings 1st read above.
Whereas the Liquidator of the Dr.B.R.Ambedkar S.C.Vaddera Labour Contract 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, November 13, 2018 The Liquidator has submitted that, the last Elections were held on 29-9-2007 to the said society and further no elections were conducted to the said society and she requested to cancel the Registration of the society.
Whereas the Liquidator has stated that she has issued notice on 29-1-2016 under Section 65(D), read with Rule 51(b) of the APCS Act, 1964 to the Ex-President and members of the society to appear on 29-3-2016 before her with claims and objections if any regarding liquidated society at the O/o. Divl.Coop.Officer, Vijayawada. The notice was displayed in 1) The Divl.Coop.Office, Vijayawada 2) M.D.O. Office, Ibrahimpatnam 3) M.R.O. Office, Ibrahimpatnam 4) KDCC Bank R.O., Ibrahimpatnam. The Notice was also issued to the Ex- President, but the President was not responded. No objections and claims were received from any member related to the society on 29-3-2016 and not attended before her. Further she stated that on 14-4-2016, Notices regarding Liquidation of the said society was published in Visalandhra Daily. But no response from the Managing Committee, and Members of the society.
Whereas the Liquidator submitted that, the society was not functioning from several years and there is no Government funds involved in the society.
Further the Liquidator of the Society finally reported that the question of realization of Assets and discharge of Liabilities does not arise in the absence of records and recommended for final closure of the affairs of the Dr.B.R.Ambedkar S.C.Vaddera Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., No.G.3100, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District and cancellation of its registration as the purpose of the registration was not served and the Society is not working since several years.
In the circumstances explained above, I, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Vijayawada by virtue of the powers conferred in me as per the G.O.3rd read under Section.68 of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act.1964 is hereby cancelled the registration of the Dr.B.R.Ambedkar S.C.Vaddera Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd., No.G.3100, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ibrahimpatnam, Krishna District. The above said society shall therefore ceased to exist as corporate body from the date of issue of this orders.
