THE ANDHRA PRADESH TAX ON PROFESSIONS, TRADES CALLINGS AND EMPLOYMENTS ACT, 1987 (A.P. ACT No. 22 OF 1987) - AMENDMENTS TO ENTRY NO. 8 & 20 OF THE FIRST SCHEDULE TO THE ACT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(l) of Section 37 of the Andhra Pradesh Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.22 of 1987) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following Amendments to the First Schedule of the said Act. These amendments shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 1st July, 2017.
AMENDMENTS
In the First Schedule to the said Act,
(1) in column(2), against SI. No.8, after the expression, "APVAT" the expression, "and APGST" and after the expression, "APVAT Act, 2005" the expression, "and APGST ACT, 2017" shall be inserted.
(2) In column (2), against SI. No.20 after the expression, "APVAT Act, 2005" the expression, "and APGST Act, 2017" shall be inserted.
