NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred in the section - 100 of Andhra Pradesh Education Act- 1982, and after careful examination of the matter in the reference read above, Government hereby agreed the proposal and accord permission to change of the management of Aditya Degree college, Bhimavaram from Lutheran English Medium Public School Education Society, Bhimavarm, West Godavari District to Aditya Academy, Sri Nagar, Kakinada, East Godavari District in relaxation of Rule (i) of 14(4) of G.O Ms No.29, Education (Rules), Dt:5.2.1987 read with G.O.MS No.35, HE (IE.II) Dept., Dt: 25.04.2007 read with G.O.Ms No.211, HE (IE.II) Dept., Dt: 8.11.2007 subject to the following conditions:

[a] The taking over management shall submit proof of corpus fund and fulfill other requirements as prescribed by the Council. [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, November 24, 2018

[b] The G.O. is a provisional permission for taking over of one Society by another. Hence the taking over society/college cannot run the institution without recognition proceedings of the Council and affiliating orders of the University. Such functioning is deemed to be unauthorized functioning of the Society/institution. [c] The taking over society shall seek recognition order from the Andhra Pradesh State council of Higher Education and affiliation order from the University concerned.

[d] The taking over society shall submit detailed proposals as per the application evolved by the Council, if not submitted.

[e] The taking over society should rectify the lapses reported by the council.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
