Memo No. 2940/Courts.A/2018,- The High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, in exercise of powers conferred under Article 227 of Constitution of India, keeping in view the convenience of the litigant public and the Lawyers, hereby empowers Additional District and Sessions Judges Courts and Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judges Courts functioning outside the District Headquarters or Metropolitan Headquarters, as the case may be, in the State of Andhra Pradesh, to entertain and dispose of the Bail Applications, both at pre and post committal 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-II Where there are more than one Additional Sessions Courts / Additional Metropolitan Sessions Courts outside the District Headquarters / Metropolitan Headquarters, the Court of Senior most Additional Sessions Judge / Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge is empowered to receive and allot the Bail Applications among the other Courts of Additional Sessions/Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judges, as the case may be.
