ESTABLISHMENT OF SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE'S COURT AT TEKKALI IN SRIKAKULAM DISTRICT AND ITS JURISDICTION.

NOTIFICATION-I

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Courts Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, and in partial modification of all the previous Notifications issued on the subject, hereby direct that with effect on and from the date on which the Senior Civil Judge appointed for the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Tekkali in Srikakulam District, assumes charge, the Courts of Senior Civil Judges mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below, shall have and exercise jurisdiction within the local limits mentioned in corresponding entry of Column (3) thereof.
