Rc.No.595/2018/C2,- Whereas, Sri K.Eswara Rao, Senior Inspector, Gudivada Sub Division was appointed as liquidator under section 65 of the APCS Act 1964 to winding up of the affairs of, Sri Ganesh Cooperative Collective Farming Society Ltd., No.Y.639, Kaikaluru, Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna District vide in the reference 1st cited.
Whereas, Sri K.Eswara Rao, Senior Inspector, Gudivada Sub Division / Liquidator has submitted a report for final closure of the affairs Sri Ganesh Cooperative Collective Farming Society Ltd., No.Y.639, Kaikaluru, Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna District together with all its enclosures vide reference 2nd cited.
And Whereas, the liquidator has recommended for Cancellation of the registration of the society as the realizable assets and dischargeable liabilities as on the date of final closure of the society are 'NIL' and the society is not served its purpose of Registration to its members.
