NOTIFICATION

Whereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Smt. Velpula Prasanthi, W/o. Ramesh Babu, President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Kanchikacherla, Krishna District was moved under sub-section (1) of Section 245 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994. (Andhra Pradesh Act 13 of 1994);

And whereas, a special meeting for the purpose of considering the above motion was held on 31.10.2018;

And whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supported by the fifteen (15) Members who were present out of total number of twenty (20) Members of the Mandal Praja Parishad and thus the motion was passed with requisite majority;
