NOTIFICATION
CONCESSION ON VESSEL RELATED CHARGES AT VISAKHAPATNAM PORT TRUST No. IGAD/BDS/MISC/F.14/2018/367,- In excise of the powers conferred under item XV (c) of General Terms and conditions, Section-1 of Visakhapatnam Port Trust notified Scale of Rates published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary ( Part-Ill section 4 ) on 22 July 2016 vide Gazette No. 305, The Visakhapatnam Port Trust Board in its meeting No. 2 of 2018-19 held on 03.09.2018, vide Resolution No.82/2018-19 in the agenda item No S-22, has resolved as follows:
1) To extend 50% rebate for a further period of Six months w.e.f. 01.10.2018 up to 31.03.2019, on Port Dues and Pilotage for vessels having less than 50,000 GRT.
2) To extend 70% rebate for a further period of Six months w.e.f. 01.10.2018 up to 31.03.2019, on Port Dues and Pilotage for vessels having more than 50,000 GRT.
