Sri M. THIPPESWAMY, TOOK OATH AS MEMBER FROM 275-MADAKASIRA (SC) ASSEMBLY CONSTITUENCY, ANANTHAPUR DISTRICT AS PER ORDER OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.

The High Court of judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Election Petition No.32 of 2014 and also the Supreme Court of India on 12.12.2018 in Civil Appeal No.11908/2018 have declared the Election of Sri K. Eeranna, Member Elected from 275-Madakasira (SC) Assembly Constituency in the General Elections held in 2014 as null and void and set aside and declared that Sri M. Thippeswamy as duly elected Member from 275-Madakasira (SC) Assembly Constituency, Ananthapur District.
Accordingly, Sri M. Thippeswamy took Oath on 19 th December, 2018 as Member of Legislative Assembly, Andhra Pradesh.
