LIQUIDATION OF THE KURNOOL DISTRICT SELF EMPLOYMENT COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD, P.NO.1425 KURNOOL - APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR (UNDER SECTION 65 OF THE APCS ACT 1964).

Read :1. Inspection under section 52 report of Kurnool District self Employment Cooperative Society Ltd, P.No. 1425 Kurnool.

Rc.No.318/2018-NC,- Whereas in the reference 1st read above the District Cooperative Officer, Kurnool has ordered an inspection under section 52 of the APCS Act 1964 into the affairs of the Kurnool District self Employment Cooperative Society Ltd, P.No.1425 Kurnool.

Whereas in the reference 2nd read above the Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kurnool has reported that the Assistant Registrar-I, O/o the Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kurnool has submitted the inspection report under section 52 of APCS Act 1964 and stated that the Kurnool District self Employment Cooperative Society Ltd, Kurnool is dormant more than ten 10 years and the members of the societies are not interested to run the affairs of the society and as per Final Audit Report of the society for the year 2016-17 there is no transactions, and the inspecting officer has stated that there is no possibilities to revive of the society and recommended to winding up the affairs of the society. In view of the facts revealed by the Assistant Registrar-I O/o the Sub Divisional Cooperative Officer, Kurnool and recommend actions for winding up of the affairs of the society. I, Sri S.Subba Rao, District Cooperative Officer, Kurnool by virtue of powers Conferred on me under section 64 of APCS Act 1964 do hereby order for winding up of the affairs of the Kurnool District self Employment Cooperative Society Ltd., Kurnool and appoint the Divisional Cooperative Officer Kurnool as liquidator of the society under section 65 (1) of the A.P.C.S act 1964. The Divisional Cooperative Officer Kurnool is instructed to take the charge of the records of the society immediately and take necessary action for winding up the affairs of the society as per the Provisions of A.P.C.S. Act and Rules 1964.

These Orders will come into force with immediate effect and the Liquidator is instructed to submit the final closure report to this Office immediately after completion of liquidation process.
