Under rule 42 of A.P., Revised Pension Rules, 1980, the above Officers are permitted to retire from the Government Service on the dates shown against their names on attaining the age of Superannuation without prejudice to the right of the Government and the Director of Adult Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi to initiate disciplinary action based on the outcome of AG Audit Inspection Reports / Departmental inspection reports or any other irregularities noticed at a later date and conditional promotions if any given and subject to outcome of court cases / pending clarifications from the Government / 610 G.O issues etc.
The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
