ELECTION SCHEDULE FOR CONDUCT OF CASUAL VACANCIES OF MEMBER (CO-OPTED) OF PHIRANGUPURAM MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD IN GUNTUR DISTRICT & VONTIMITTA MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD IN YSR KADAPA DISTRICT.
NOTIFICATION
No. 45/SEC-B1/2016-49: In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 200 and 201 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, (Act 13 of 1994) read with and Andhra Pradesh Conduct of Election of Member (Co-opted), President and Vice-President of Mandal Praja Parishad and Members (Co-opted), Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of Zilla Praja Parishad Rules, 2006 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 173, P.R. & R.D. (Elections) Department, dated 10.5.2006, the State Election Commissioner, hereby, directs any Gazetted Officer of the Government authorised by the Collectors and District Election Authorities of Ananthapuramu and Kurnool to conduct election to the following casual vacancies of Member(Co-opted), Mandal Praja Parishads concerned in accordance with the procedure laid down in the said rules and the election schedule is specified in the Annexure appended to this Notification.
