ELECTION SCHEDULE FOR CONDUCT OF CASUAL ELECTION TO VICE-CHAIRPERSON OF TADEPALLIGUDEM MUNICIPALITY.
NOTIFICATION
No.25/SEC-F2/2018: In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10 A and 10 B of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965, (Act 6 of 1965) and rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Conduct of Election of Chairperson and Vice- Chairperson) Rules, 2005, the State Election Commissioner, hereby, directs the Gazetted Officer of the Government authorized by the Collector and District Election Vice-Chairperson, Tadepalligudem Municipality in accordance with the procedure laid down in the said Act and Rules and fixes the schedule for the said election in the Annexure appended to this Notification.

ELECTION SCHEDULE
(Notification No. 25/SEC-F2/2018, Date: 21.12.2018)
| 1. | Notice to be given in Form-II by the Gazetted Officer authorized by the Collector and District Election Authority calling for a special meeting for conduct of election of Vice-Chairperson of Tadepalligudem Municipality. ( This Notice should be given to all the elected members and ex-officio members of Tadepalligudem Municipality). | On or before 28.12.2018 |
| 2. | Date and Time of election meeting. | At 11:00 AM on 01.01.2019 |
NOTE:- If for any reason election to any of the said vacancy is not held on 01.01.2019, it shall be held at 11:00 AM on the next day, i.e., on 02.01.2019 whether or not it is observed as a holiday by the Municipality.
