T/o Progs.Roc.No.196/A1/2018 Dt:06-08-2018 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, December 24, 2018 RC.No. 276/A1/2018,- It has been brought to the notice of the Regional Deputy Director, State Audit, Kurnool vide reference cited that Sri G.Suresh, Senior Auditor, Office of the District Audit Officer, State Audit, Kadapa while working as Senior Auditor on deputation in the Office of Assistant Audit Officer, State Audit (SBMSD), Srisailam had applied for Earned Leave from 19-06-2017 to 10-07-2017 on Personsl Grounds and had not joined to the duty after expiry of the leave and till to date, which considered as misconduct under Rule.3 A.P. Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964.
Hence Sri G.Suresh, Senior Auditor, Office of the District Audit Officer, State Audit, Kadapa is here by Directed to show cause within 15 days from the date of receipt of notice as to why it should not be confirmed that he shall be deemed to have resigned from the post of Senior Auditor from date of his absconding from duties i.e.19-06-2017. If not received any representation it will be construed that he has not representation to give and it will be treated as resigned from the post of Senior Auditor.
