EXEMPTION FROM PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE PRESCRIBED UNDER RULE 81 OF CENTRAL MOTOR VEHICLES RULES, 1989 IN RESPECT OF MOTOR VEHICLES OPERATED WITH BATTERIES OR ULTRA CAPACITORS OR FUEL CELLS AND REGISTERED ON OR BEFORE 7th JUNE, 2023.

FINAL NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 211 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act No.59 of 1988) read with rule 91 of the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby grants exemption from payment of the registration fee payable under Rule 81 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 in respect of all Motor Vehicles operated with batteries or ultra capacitors or fuel cells and registered on or before 7th June, 2023.
