AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH MOTOR VEHICLES TAXATION ACT, 1963.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) (ii) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.57 of Transport, Roads & Buildings (Tr.I) Dept., Dated: 1.11.2018 published in Part-I Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No. 856, Dated : 1.11.2018.
AMENDMENTS
In the said G.O., for the words and figures "motor vehicles operated with battery and registered on or before 31 st December, 2024" the words and figures "motor vehicles operated with batteries or ultra capacitors or fuel cells and registered on or before 7th June, 2023" shall be substituted.
