Under sub-section (6) of Section 24 of the Code of Cr. P.C, 1973 (Central Act. No. 2 of 1974) read with Rule 3 of the A.P. Prosecutions Service Rules, 1992 the following Additional Public Prosecutors Grade- II (Cat.5) are promoted as Additional Public Prosecutors Grade-I / Deputy Director of Prosecutions (Cat.4) on temporary basis in the Time Scale of Pay of Rs. 56870-105810/- and posted at places mentioned against their names in the table given below, and a separate notification is also issued in respect of officers mentioned at Sl. Nos. 9, 10 & 12 of the table below :
