INCLUSION OF THE AREAS IN THE LIMITS OF KANDUKUR MUNICIPALITY FROM THE MAHADEVAPURAM GRAMPANCHAYAT OF VASAVI NAGAR AND REVENUE COLONY.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1-A) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act No.6 of 1965) read with Rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (inclusion or exclusion of areas into/from the jurisdiction of the Municipalities/Nagar Panchayats) Rules, 2015 issued in G.O.Ms.No.114, M.A&U.D, Dated : 05.05.2015, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby includes the areas namely Vasavi Nagar and Revenue Colony of Mahadevapuram Grampanchayat, into the limits of Kandukur Municipality with immediate effect.
