R.C.No.1239/2015-B,- W hereas the affairs of the Nakkapalli Panchayathi Samithi Teachers CHBS Ltd, No.W.412, Payakaraopeta, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Visakhapatnam Dist. Was ordered to wind up under Section 64 of the APCS Act, 1964 and Sri N.Lakshmana Rao, Assistant Registrar, Yelamanchili Division has been appointed as Liquidator under section 65(1) of the APCS Act, 1964 in the proceedings 1st read above.

Whereas the Liquidator of the Society, in his report 2nd read above, has stated thatthe society is not working since several years. He has also visited the village to find out the members and the records of the society, but in vain. In the absence of records, it is not possible to trace out the Assets and discharge the liabilities if any. He has also stated that there is no Government dues to the society and the existence of the society is no more useful. He recommended for the cancellation of registration of the society. [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, January 19, 2019 In view of the above and in exercise of the powers conferred on the undersigned under section 68 of the APCS Act, 1964, I, the Deputy Registrar of Coop. Societies, Yellamanchili here by ordered that the affairs of the Nakkapalli Panchayathi Samithi Teachers CHBS Ltd, No.W.412, Payakaraopeta, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Visakhapatnam District is finally closed and its registration is cancelled. The society shall cease to exist as a corporate body from the date of issue of this order.
