TRANSFER OF POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF GRAM PANCHAYATS TO ANDHRA PRADESH INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE CORPORATION LIMITED IN RESPECT OF M/s. KAKINADA SEZ IALA AREA OF THE LAND MEASURING TO AN EXTENT OF Ac. 8672.40 Cts. AT THONDANGI AND U. KOTHAPALLI MANDALS OF EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the Powers conferred under Section 147 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994) and after consultation of the concerned Gram Panchayats of East Godavari District, the Government hereby transfer the powers and functions of Section 45 (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) & (viii), Section 46 (ii) and Schedule-I (11 & 13) of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 to Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd., in respect of M/s. Kakinada SEZ IALA area of the land measuring to an extent of Ac. 8672.40 Cts. at Thondangi & U.Kothapalli Mandals in East Godavari District in addition to the powers and functions already transferred in G.O.Ms.No.27, PR&RD(Pts.III) Dept., Dated : 31.05.2017, under Section 147 of Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.
