APPOINTMENT OF Sri CH. ANJANEYULU, ADVOCATE AS ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE ADDL. ASISTANT SESSIONS JUDGE COURT, NARASARAOPET, GUNTUR DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoint Sri Ch. Anjaneyulu, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Addl.Asistant Sessions Judge Court, Narasaraopet, Guntur District, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the termination of his services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home(Courts.A) Department, Dated : 26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoint Smt.E.Siva Leela, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the V Additional District & Sessions Judge Court-cum-Special Court for trial of offences against women, Guntur, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the termination of her services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated : 26-10-2018.
The conditions of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000.
