APPOINTMENT OF Sri K. HUSSAIN BASHA, ADVOCATE AS ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE COURT OF ADDL. ASSISTANT SESSIONS JUDGE, NANDYAL.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri K.Hussain Basha, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of Addl.Assistant Sessions Judge, Nandyal, Kurnool District, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated:26-10-2018. Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoint Sri K.Kasi Viswanadh, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of X Addl.District and Sessions Judge (FT), Gurazala, Guntur District, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the termination of his services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home(Courts.A) Department, Dated.26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No. 187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000.
