[ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-I

The officers shown at Sl. No.2, 6, 7, 11, 12 and 13 in the statement at para-1 above are permitted to retire from Government service on the dates shown against their names without prejudice to the disciplinary cases pending against them and also subject to the condition that disciplinary proceedings shall continue against them under Article 351 (A) of the Pension Code and Rule 9 (2) (a) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, even after their retirement.
