O R D E R:-

In the G.O.1st read above, Government have issued orders permitting certain Gazetted Officers of Agriculture Department to retire from public service on attaining the age of superannuation of (60) years. In the ref. 2 nd read above, the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P. Guntur has informed that Sri J. Ravi Kumar, Additional Director Agriculture-I, O/o. C&DA, A. P., Guntur is going to be retired on 31.01.2019 on attaining the age of superannuation of 60 years and requested to issue necessary orders for his retirement notification.

to the disciplinary case / enquiries / audit objections, if any, pending against him and also subject to the condition that the disciplinary proceedings, if any, shall continue against him under rule- 9(2) (c) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980 even after his retirement.

The Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
