NOTIFICATION

W hereas, a motion expressing no confidence against Smt. Bendalam Kiran Kumari, President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Kaviti, Srikakulam District was moved under sub-section (1) of Section 245 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994. (Andhra Pradesh Act 13 of 1994) ;

And whereas, a special meeting for the purpose of considering the above motion was held on 07.12.2018 ;

And whereas, when the said motion was put to vote, it was supportedby the fifteen (15) Members who were present out of total number of twenty one (21) Members of the Mandal Praja Parishad and thus the motion was passed with requisite majority ; [1] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [Part-VII Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 245 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act,1994, the Government hereby remove Smt. Bendalam Kiran Kumari from the office of the President, Mandal Praja Parishad, Kaviti, Srikakulam District with immediate effect.
