The following Gazetted Officers of Andhra Pradesh Rural Water Supply & Sanitation Engineering Department shall retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation i.e. (60) years on the dates noted against their names :-

The officer shown at Sl. No.4 in the statement at para 1 above is permitted to retire from Government service on the date shown against his name without prejudice to the disciplinary cases pending against him and also subject to the condition that disciplinary proceedings shall continue against him, under Article 351 (A) of the Pension Code and Rule 9 (2) (a) of the A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980, even after his retirement.
