NOTIFICATION

In the circumstances reported by the Director of Social W elfare, AP, Tadepalli, Amaravati, in the reference read above, Government hereby accord permission to retire Sri G. Nageswara Rao, Joint Director (SW), O/o the Director of Social Welfare, AP, Amaravati from Government Service on the date mentioned against his name on attaining the age of Superannuation of (60) years, without prejudice to the disciplinary cases/ ACB cases / enquiries/ audit objections if any, pending against him and also subject to the condition that the disciplinary proceedings if any, shall continue against him under Rule 9 (2) of the A.P.R.P. Rules 1980, even after his retirement :

The Director of Social Welfare, AP, Amaravati shall take necessary action accordingly.
