APPOINTMENT OF Sri MOHAMMED HANIF KHAN, S/o.SUBHATH KHAN, R/o CHILAKALURIPET TOWN, GUNTUR AS GOVERNMENT KHAZI FOR CHILAKALURIPET TOWN, GUNTUR DISTRICT INITIALLY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR PERFORMING MARRIAGES OF MUSLIM COMMUNITY ONLY.

NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred by Section (2) of the Kazi's Act,1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the Principal Mohammadan residents of local area, hereby appoint Sri Mohammad Hanief Khan S/o Sobhath Khan, R/o Chilakaluripet Town as Government Kazi for Chilakaluripet Town, Guntur District initially for a period of three (3) years for performing marriages of Muslim Community only as per Section 2 of the Khazis Act, 1880. Consequent on his appointment as Government Kazi for Chilakaluripet Town, the rest of the Chilakaluripet Asssembly Constituency (except Chilakaluripet Town) remains with Sri Shaik Abdul Kaleem, S/o Mohammed Meer Khairullah Shah, who is existing Government Kazi for Chilakaluripet Assembly Constituency, Guntur District".
