APPOINTMENT OF Sri R. SRINIVASA RAO, ADVOCATE, AS ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE COURT OF VI ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE-CUM-MAHILA COURT, VISAKHAPATNAM.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri R.Srinivasa Rao, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated:26-10-2018.
The conditions of service of the said Public Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06.12.2000.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code cf Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri M.V.V.Satyanarayana, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of V Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home(Courts.A)Department, Dated.26-10-2018.

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 6-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby, appoint Smt.Maddurthi Swathi, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge(FT), Guntur, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till the termination of her services, whichever is earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A) Department, Dated : 26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, Dated : 06-12-2000.
