EXEMPTION OF STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION FEE AMOUNTING TO Rs.60,00,000/- FOR REGISTRATION OF SITE PURCHASED IN FAVOUR OF VASAVI SATHRA SAMUDAYAM TO AN EXTENT OF 1004 Sq.Yards IN WARD No.13, REVENUE WARD No.8 OF BLOCK No.31, NTS No.930 IN DOOR No.14-17-1, VIJAYAWADA TO SERVE THE PUBLIC IN COMMON.

NOTIFICATION-I

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act,1899 (Act II of 1899), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby remits the Stamp duty of Rs.52,00,000/-(Rupees fifty two lakhs only) out of the Stamp duty leviable under Article 47(A) of schedule I-A to the said Act payable on registration of site purchased in favour of Vasavi Sathra Samudayam to an extent of 1004 Sq.Yards in ward No.13, Revenue Ward No.8 of Block No.31, NTS No.930 in Door. No. 14-17-1, Vijayawada.

NOTIFICATION-II

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act XVI of 1908), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the "Table of Fees" under Registration Act, 1908 issued in G.O.Ms.No.463, Revenue (Registration-I) Department, dated the 17 th August, 2013 and published at pages 1 to 3 of Part I of Extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated the 26th August, 2013 as subsequently amended from time to time. AMENDMENT

In the said "Table of Fees", after category 6(d), the following shall be added namely 6(e):-

"6 (e) the registration fee upto Rs. 8,00,000/- shall be exempted out of the registration fee leviable on the registration of site purchased in favour of Vasavi Sathra Samudayam to an extent of 1004 Sq.Yards in ward No.13, Revenue Ward No.8 of Block No.31, NTS No.930 in Door.No.14-17-1, Vijayawada.
