APPOINTMENT OF HON'BLE JUSTICE Sri T. SUNIL CHOWDARY (RETIRED JUDGE OF HIGH COURT) AS PRESIDENT OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, VIJAYAWADA.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Clause (a) of Sub Section (1) and Sub Section (3) of Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the Government of Andhra Pradesh in consultation with the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice of High Court of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint Hon'ble Justice T. Sunil Chowdary (retired Judge of High Court) as President of the A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Vijayawada on full time basis with effect from 08-03- 2019, for a period of five (5) years from the date on which he assumes charge or till he attains the age of 67 years whichever is earlier.
