NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 147 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Act No.13 of 1994) and in consultation with the Gram Panchayat, the Government hereby transfer the powers and functions of Gram Panchayat Kothapalli Koru Gunta (K.K.Gunta) for an extent of Acrs.195.85 Cts., in Sy.Nos.277-279 and 281-306 of Kothapalli Koru Gunta (K.K.Gunta), Dagadarthi (M), SPSR Nellore District, under various sections in the Andhra Pradesh Panchyat Raj Act, 1994 as specified in Annexure to this order, in favour of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited for systematic and regular maintenance and fix the revenue share in the ratio of 50:50 between the Gram Panchayat and the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited.
